What if this is a public property?
もしこれが、公共の建物だとしたら......？

This premise used to be a public elementary school. The graffiti is a colorful version of a school logo. Due to a decrease in a number of students, now the school is converted into a sports facility.
この建物は元々公立小学校が入っており、あのグラフィティは学校のロゴをポップにしたもの。児童の減少に伴い、学校はスポーツ施設に転換された。

If you attend a school like this, you may end up becoming a punk kid.
こんな学校に通ったら、パンクスな子どもに育つんだろうか。
